Notice to Temiskaming Transit Users
Temiskaming Transit Fleet Addition
Temiskaming Transit is excited to announce that we have added two new accessible Transit Buses to the fleet.
The new Transit Buses will start operations today, Monday, May 12, 2025.Temiskaming Transit Services schedule will remain the same.
The new Transit Buses will be replacing an existing Transit Bus in the fleet, Bus 502 will be discontinuing service. The Transit fleet now has a total of 6 buses, including multiple sizes.

WhyA contractor, will be repairing a broken light on the breakwall.
During this time, the Closure Area will remain closed to the public. Barriers will be in place to indicate the Closure Area.

The City of Temiskaming Shores is excited to announce our collaboration with East Village Animal Hospital for affordable cat and dog care clinics for limited income pet owners living within Temiskaming Shores. Community Care Clinic activities include:

Cemetery Clean-up
As the warmer weather approaches, City staff at the Mount Pleasant, Pioneer and Valleyview Cemeteries, will be conducting a Spring Clean-up, in accordance with By-law No. 2012-155, to ensure that our cemeteries remains a respectful and well-maintained space for visitors.
During this time, any unauthorized items will be removed to facilitate grounds maintenance. Families are encouraged to retrieve any personal items they wish to keep before Tuesday, May 20, 2025. Following this date,...
