A public hearing will be held to consider the Zoning By-law Amendment application:

Date: Tuesday, April 1st, 2025
Time: 3:00 p.m.
Place: Council Chambers at City Hall, 325 Farr Drive, Haileybury

The applicant is proposing to rezone the subject land from Rural - H1 to General Industrial to allow for the construction of a recycling facility/transfer station. The property is designated Mineral Aggregate Resources in the City of Temiskaming Shores Official Plan.
