The City of Temiskaming Shores has received the following application to amend the City of Temiskaming Shores Zoning By-law:

A public hearing will be held to consider the Zoning By-law Amendment application:

Date: Tuesday, April 29, 2025
Time: 3:00 p.m.
Place: Council Chambers at City Hall, 325 Farr Drive, Haileybury

The applicant is proposing to rezone the subject land from Rural - H2 to Rural 9 - H2 to allow for a retail store to be located in an existing structure on the property.  The property is designated Rural Area in the City of Temiskaming Shores Official Plan.
