Amendments
A Zoning By-law amendment may be required where the proposed use of the property is not permitted in the zone designation on the property, or where a proposed development does not meet the specific requirements for development in the zone. Additional information and/or professional studies may be required to support an application for Zoning By-law amendment. Consulataion with the Planning Department is stongly encouraged before submission of an application.
